Curbside recycling: We are one of the dwindling number of cities in the US that does not have this option. 2. Public transportation: St Petersburg is a car-based city, and as someone who does not own a car, I must use public transportation. While the PSTA does a decent job, improvements could be made in terms of frequency, bus shelters, etc. 3. Employment opportunities: What can be done to encourage local job growth?

I also love the the culture that it offers with its museums & galleries as well as the relaxing atmosphere that the parks and beaches bring. A safer neighborhood, the re-opening of commercial businesses and better transportation to and from outlying areas would be the improvements I'd want to see happen in this beautiful city.
